Order Our product offerings and prices are valid until they are visible on the site, subject to availability.

Exceptionally it may happen that an item is no longer available after checkout. In this case BDM proposes to cancel the order in its entirety or in part.

The validation of the order comes after confirmation of payment:

Immediate payments with Cards and Paypal

For transfer payment ; after cashing 

Once the order is validated a summary of all the items ordered will be sent by email to the customer indicating the delivery address, method of delivery and method of payment.

The prices are in €, VAT is not applicable:

 Article 293 B of the CGI because BDM has the status of autoentreprise.

The total amount of the order is the total amount of items purchased, Plus any preparation costs which depend on the chosen method of delivery.

 Article 3 Payment

Payment The payment options are: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via the secure payment module of our partner (CIC Bank), with SSL encryption and secure data sent.

PayPal. Transfer: The order will be shipped upon receipt of the bank transfer.

Article 4: Delivery

All items in the order are checked before being sent.

There are no delivery starting on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

Orders placed during the weekend will leave the business day that follows.

Delivery is made to the delivery address given by the customer.

 Shipments are made in bubble envelopes or cardboard packages.

 Article 6 Customs Duties

Next delivery address : an order may be subject to customs duties when the package reaches its destination. These fees are your responsibility and vary by country.

Article 7 Responsibilities

B.D.M. is not responsible for irregular situations occuring with the carrier, including total or partial strike.

B.D.M. focused its attention on the quality of materials used in the manufacture of jewelry.

However it cannot be responsible for problems found during the wearing of jewellery (including allergies).

Article 8 Conditions and Right to Return

Terms and Return

1)    Any product returned must necessarily be in perfect condition, undamaged, and unmarked .

2)   All returns must be a return request from us.

3)   The return request must be made via the feedback form.

4)    Upon your receipt of the package, you have a maximum of eight days to obtain our agreement and to return the product.

5)   This should be addressed to S. Francois and not B.D.M. in order to guarantee the delivery receipt.

6)   We advise you to return items using a tracking number facility. 

7)   Otherwise, if the parcel dispatched by you, and we do not receive, it, the sole responsibility rests with the sender to launch a survey of postal services for them to locate it.

8)   Only the sender of the parcel is able to launch a survey of postal services.   A tracking number is required for this.

When an acceptance of error is established by BDM

After receiving the package by BDM, depending on the nature of the product, available stocks and according to your wish, we will offer you

Either : a refund without delay and at the latest within 30 days of payment or

Or : re-ship the product initially ordered.from B.D.M. with a refund for the return postage on the basis of the delivery charges for a registered letter (see tariff).

 Returned for withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.121-20 et seq of the Consumer Code relating to the sale of remote assets, you have a period of eight days from the date of receipt of your order to return any item (subject to item 4 on the Conditions and Right to return) not suitable for you, in perfect condition and, suitable for resale.

In case of withdrawal, and subject to our conditions. we will refund all amounts paid by cheque within 14 days from the date of your exercising  your right to return.

ATTENTION: No withdrawal will be accepted if the returned product is unfit for marketing.

Therefore, the product must be returned in perfect condition, undamaged, unmarked. Otherwise, the product will be returned at your expense and the withdrawal fees will  remain the customer.
